Deb LeDoux

With over 30 years of experience in the higher education, Debra LeDoux is currently employed by Alexandria Technical and Community College as the Registrar.   LeDoux has a bachelors in Vocational Education and a masters in Management with a Human Resources Emphasis.

In addition to her work with Alexandria Technical & Community College, LeDoux is a member of the City of Alexandria’s Cultural Inclusiveness Committee, the Diversity Resource Action Alliance and is an ESL Tutor.

LeDoux has a family that reflects ethnic, racial and religious diversity. She says, “We need to respect and appreciate diversity, not only individually and within our families, but also our workplace, community and world as a whole. It’s important to value everyone’s unique strengths they bring into any setting if we are to be a successful and vital organization, community, etc.”
