Jessica Boyer
As the Executive Director for United Way of Douglas & Pope Counties, Jessica addresses the critical concerns facing her community, by gathering the appropriate resources and bringing together stakeholders to create long lasting change.
After growing up in Elbow Lake, MN and graduating from West Central Area High School in 1996, Jessica completed her Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities and received a Masters in Community Counseling and a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling at St Cloud State University.
Since moving to Alexandria with her husband and two children in 2006, Jessica has been very involved in the community. Jessica is an active member of Lakes Area Professional Women and volunteers her time with many organizations including Someplace Safe and Rural Aids Action Network.Serving as a trainer for DRAA will help Jessica continue her mission to create change; while learning new leadership skills and remaining true to her individuality.
She lives with her husband, Josh, and their two children in Alexandria, MN.
