LaTresse Snead

LaTresse earned a bachelor’s degree in African American Studies from San Francisco State University, followed by her Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in Nonprofit Administration from Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Public Policy.

After earning her master’s degree, LaTresse devoted her career to community issues through service as a Director at the National Office of Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the State Executive Director Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) in Georgia.

 

Currently, LaTresse Snead leads both national and local corporate philanthropy efforts as the Community Relations Team Lead for Tastefully Simple, a $100 million-plus direct sales company based in Alexandria, Minnesota.

 

Always active in her community, LaTresse also currently serves as a Board Member of West Central Initiative and on the planning teams for the Diversity Resource Action Alliance, the City of Alexandria’s Cultural Inclusiveness Committee, Impact Alexandria and the Board Leadership Academy. In addition, she is a past president of Lakes Area Professional Women and has continued to grow in leadership as a graduate of the Blandin Community Leadership Program and Leadership Alexandria.
