Shari Maloney
Shari Maloney serves as the Director of Human Resources at Alexandria Technical and Community College (ATCC) and is the Champion of the Diversity Resource Action Alliance (DRAA). In addition to all of the great work she does for ATCC and DRAA, Shari is involved in many different activities in the community. She is serves as the President of Lakes Area Professional Women, the Diversity Liaison for West Central Minnesota SHRM, a member of the Osakis public school board, a volunteer for the Osakis Women’s Association and board member for the Osakis Presbyterian Church.
Shari received her associates degree in Supervisory Management from Alexandria Technical & Community College and her bachelors degree in Management from Southwest Minnesota State University and has received her PHR professional certification from Professional Human Resources.
Her favorite quotes by Maya Angelou is, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
Shari lives in Osakis with her husband, Denny and they have three adult sons.
